You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. 

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it; (Generally 1-2 working days). 

Shipping time:

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;(Generally 3-5 working days). 

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time. (Generally 7-10 working days)

TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us  at support ren_ew@hotmail.com, and we'll update you on your order's progress.

When you are ready to sign for the package, and founding that the package is broken. please take some pictures to prove that firstly. and contact us, then please refuse the package.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Note:

The address cannot be changed after shipping, so please make sure that your address is filled in correctly after ordering and before shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support ren_ew@hotmail.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
