Refund policy

Thank you so much for purchasing our products.  We are seriously sorry that our products can not satisfy you. Before you apply to return or refund, please read our Return&Refund policy to confirm that your order is supported to be returned.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

 

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department at ren_ew@hotmail.com
    to approve the return with your order number and the reason for the return or refund.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 7business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your TEKPIECE wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Note: Please contact us by email to request a return address before returning. Please do not send the product back to the original shipping address on the package. It is not our return address. If you return the product to that address, the return process cannot be proceed normally.

 

Return Conditions

1.You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery. And notify us with details by our email ren_ew@hotmail.com.

2.Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

4.We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

5.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

6.Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-TEKPIECE products .

7. TEKPIECE does not support unreasonable refunds and returns. Only when the problem is caused by non-human damage, our staff transportation, or product quality problems, the goods can be returned to us with the information requests within 7 days.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

REFUND TIME

The refund time will be different because of the PayPal or bank transfer system. If the refund time beyond this time limit, please contact the PayPal or your issuing bank for further information.

1.The refund will be back to your PayPal account within 3 business days if you used PayPal account to pay for the order.

2.The refund will be back to your credit card/ debit card in about one week. The actual time may depend on the processing time of your bank. Please feel free to contact us if you don’t receive the refund within the days listed above if you used credit card/debit card to pay for the order.

 

Return Address

Please email us if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
